| Computational Resources Research activities of the Water Resources group are supported by a diverse set of computing resources that includes both windows and Linux-based personal computers. In support of a major research project on hydro-ecologic modeling of the Mississippi River, the Water Resources group has recently acquired a four-processor high-performance server that will be dedicated mainly to performing large-scale river and coastal numerical simulations. In addition, students and staff of the Water Resources group have access to a cluster of SUN and UNIX machines through the University of Lafayette Computer Support Center.
